September 20, 2015To the Revdex.com:I received a letter in the mail recently regarding a customer of the Copper Manor MotelID # ***.This is the first complaint we have received since we purchased the property in 1978.This particular customer I'm very familiar withShe checked in on Saturday, Sept
6th with her familyShe told us she had her children with her and NO dogShe checked in and there was no problem that eveningShe checked out at am the next morning and the maid assigned with her room went in immediately to strip all linens, bedding and towels for laundryThis is procedure for our motelShe also checks the cable box was not takenUpon entering the room she saw the second bed had a pile of poop all over the bedspreadIt permeated through the sheetsThis was not a small little bit but smeared all over and rubbed inThe maid immediately called the front desk manager and the laundry personnel to access the situationIt was determined that the mess was so bad that we must not try to clean any of the sheets or bedspread, but rather throw them away, wrapped in a plastic bag, for sanitation purposesWe were unclear if her children simply pooped in the bed all night or if she had a dog in the bedUpon check in, the customer signs a folio that states that they assume all responsibility for injury and accept charges for damagesI am personally surprised that she did not noticed the second bed. I was very kind in my charges, because upon looking up bedspread charges, that alone would be We charged her credit card $for damagesWe have photos and two witnesses along with the maid regarding the way Ms*** left the room.I personally tried to call her times over the course of Monday and Tuesday that weekI even had the front desk clerk tryHer line was just busy constantlyI could not leave a messageI have also filed charges with defrauding an innkeeperWe do not want customers, who feel no responsibility for damages, We run a small independent Motel and try to keep our prices as low as possible to help the traveler looking for a reasonable price, a clean room, and honest service.I hope this satisfies your questions regarding the stay of Ms***, Sincerely, Denise Y***

6th 2015 with her family. She told us she had her children with her and NO dog. She checked in and there was no problem that evening. She checked out at 10 am the next morning and the maid assigned with her room went in immediately to strip all linens, bedding and towels for laundry. This is normal procedure for our motel. She also checks the cable box was not taken. Upon entering the room she saw the second bed had a pile of poop all over the bedspread. It permeated through the sheets. This was not a small little bit but smeared all over and rubbed in. The maid immediately called the front desk manager and the laundry personnel to access the situation. It was determined that the mess was so bad that we must not try to clean any of the sheets or bedspread, but rather throw them away, wrapped in a plastic bag, for sanitation purposes. We were unclear if her children simply pooped in the bed all night or if she had a dog in the bed. I even had the front desk clerk try. Her line was just busy constantly. I could not leave a message. I have also filed charges with defrauding an innkeeper.
