It would be difficult to describe how this person addressed the $she felt she was owed, so I won't.? She and our company can agree to disagree.? She did not send back everything and the box (it was triple checked).? ? Three separate customer service reps all agreed that she was one of the worst customers we have ever dealt with in our 15+ years in business.? She is certainly not deserving of an apology and she is on our very? short list of folks that we'll not do business with in the future.? ?

We did indeed communicate with her - several times (as well as her husband)...? She simply did not want to accept our answer so kept calling and emailing to the point that we had to simply refuse to talk to her further.? ? ...every once in a while we get a nasty customer that believes that "bullying" will get them something for nothing.? She is convinced she sent everything, but having looked at the package myself (along with two other folks in the warehouse), we simply did not get it.? To be frank, if she had a modicum of civility and wasn't so nasty in her approach to getting what she felt she was owed, we would have just sent her the $28...?

We submitted all the information on this issue to the credit card company when this customer tried to reverse charges. Her dates and story are not accurate. The credit card company reviewed all this and ruled in our favor... Credit card companies normally err on the side of the customer if there is any question or issue that was the vendor's fault. We have been in business for over years and have never had a complaint.

I am rejecting this response because:I cannot believe this companyTheir response says it allThe customer is wrong and that is all there is to itIn contrast, here is what happened with another company: Last month I ordered a pair of sunglasses from an online warehouseWhen I didn't receive them in two weeks, I checked the tracking numberUSPS recorded that the glasses were delivered to my mail box, but they weren'tI phoned the company and the customer service representative said, "Oh, I'm so sorry to hear thatLet me check to see if we still have that item in stockYes, I see that we doWe'll send you another pair right away." I was so pleased with that level of service that I bookmarked their site and will buy from them againYesterday, somehow I received the first pair they sentI called to let them know and asked how I could send this pair back to themThey told me to keep them, on the houseCopper Sinks Online calls my telephoning and emailing for my money bullying? I call it my rightWhen a business does not respond to your messages, (and there were only a few) doesn't one usually try to communicate again? This is only a "simple one" on their end because they believe me to be a liar and are now publicly calling me suchI have learned my lessonI will never buy from an unaccredited online business againAny returns I make, photos will be taken.I not only deserve my money back, but an apology as well.

They also told me they were shipping item immediately but it took them 2 weeks to ship and 3 weeks for me to receive/refuse. They lied about shipping it too. I think it is very unreasonable to keep someone waiting on a product for 13 weeks when an item was promised in 4 weeks. They never contacted me or notified me in any way to tell me they were delayed in sending item until I called them 11 weeks after placing order. They couldn't even find the order when I called them after 11 weeks. It took 4 days for me to finally find someone who told me it was being shipped and couldn't be returned. I am very surprised the way this company has done me. But not surprised because when I read the reviews, they have done the same thing to other people.

I am rejecting this response because: I was told this sink grate would take 4 weeks. I called after 3 months for 3 days straight during the week before they could even find the order. I was then told it was shipping the following Monday. False. It took 3 weeks before I received it. Had I not called I have no doubt that I would never have received it. They could easily have made the grate in 3 weeks. I ordered a special order copper sink and received it in less than 2 weeks. A sink grate would not take as long to make as a complete sink. I am confident they did not make the grate until I called them.  Who waits 4 months for a simple grate for the bottom of the sink.
