Good Afternoon,In reference to complaint # [redacted] - After receiving notification of this complaint, I immediately contacted the resident to discuss the service issues with the HVAC equipment in their apartment It is our goal to always provide superior service to our residents and I wanted to make sure we addressed this problem completely Both leaseholders came into my office and met with me to discuss the situation I called a contractor and had a professional HVAC repair tech in their apartment the next morning The contractor was able to determine the location of the leak and made all necessary repairs that same day I reached out to the residents this morning to confirm that all repairs were completed to their satisfaction and the system maintained a comfortable temperature over the weekend.Please feel free to contact me with any further questions.Thank you, Copper Spring Apartments

Review: Living here past 1.5 years. Everything looked good when we initially rented this apartment. Several maintenance issues in past 1.5 years of our stay and No permanent fix. Heating & AC has been troubling us since day 1. Have lost hundreds of dollars in electricity bill as AC keeps running all day, but fails to provide any cooling. We have to sleep in 73+ degrees temperature, just so that we could get up in time for office. This is affective our professional as well as personal life. Its just me and my husband, in a foreign country trying to earn a living - can't waste money again in moving to another apartment. Requested management several times to help us, they would send maintenance guy who would give us a temp fix - things break again in a weeks time. Still struggling to get things sorted. Maintenance guys are good, but may be management is not listening to them either. One of our neighbors left in January - poor old lady faced similar issues. I want the management to take us seriously and give us a permanent fix or reimburse the money we have lost in electricity bills. They need to understand that our issue needs a certified HVAC contractor that can analyze and sort the issues permanently.
