My girlfriend called first and the man in question was generally rude to her and suggested that we could come in anytime to view apartments. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!! The owner's are very unprofessional and rude. They did not make repairs when requested. They did not send a letter or security deposit refund within 21 days of vacating which is in violation of the law. I sent a letter requesting security deposit and they responded with a letter from an attorney who represents them stating that I refused the certified letter (which I never received) and that I owe them over $300. They are accusing me of damages that I did not create during my tenancy. They denied a walk through when the final inspection took place. TAKE PICTURES AS THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED!! They have a large amount of negative reviews against them. Avoid the headaches by not moving here.
