Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:This is a misrepresentation of the facts First package was purchased for $(verified by bank statement) Requested the same package was charged $(verified by bank statement) We were not told of the increase until we questioned it My wife decided then she did not want the package Was told it was too late for a refund I then asked to have it put in my name since it was my credit card Clerk refused At that time I told my wife to use a tan, I purchased a single tan, at over $18.00, figuring that a conversation the next day with management would result in a fair and reasonable solution It did not I am left with the impression that they are only concerned with the money not the customer Placing the package in my name would have been the easy solution The package had not been used, no contracts for the second package had been signed Very dissappointed in this business Sincerely, [redacted]

This was the second time they had purchased the tanning package. She used the second package only once and decided to finish tanning outside on the next day. They wanted to transfer the package to her husband's name and we do not have "sharing" plans for tanning packages and they know
this since they have been clients previously. Since we would not do this, they requested a refund. We do not refund packages as stated in our store. The purchase price was $and not $99. I do not understand how they were confused about the pricing since they purchased the same package the month before. The month before when they purchased this package it was on special only for that month. At the time they purchased the second package, the same package was no longer on sale. All of this was explained to them in the store at the time of purchases. They had the option to not purchase and it would have been fine if we agreed to transfer the tanning package to her husband. Because all of this was explained to them at the time of their purchases, I am declining any refunds per the store's company policy
