The staff and management of Copperfield Bowl would like to apologize to [redacted] for the lack of executing her children's birthday party on April 26,in the manner in which she had booked itAs requested we will refund her the amount disputed ($87.43)I, [redacted] ***, spoke with Mrs [redacted] Tuesday afternoon via a phone conversationThe both of us are supposed to meet here at Copperfield Bowl this week so I can personally apologize and resolve this issueOur goal is to ensure that each and every guest has an enjoyable visit each time they come inWe hope Mrs [redacted] will give us another try in the near futureThanks for time, [redacted] ***, manager

As Mr. [redacted] stated, I have spoken to him and feel that this issue is resolved. Per my conversation with Mr. [redacted] it was decided that he would grant me a gift certificate and my kids t-shirts that were not provided to us at the time of our event. I appreciate Mr. [redacted] willingness to resolve this issue and commend him on his customer service. Please note that I will not require a refund of any amount. My kids enjoyed thier celebration and at the end of the day, that is all that matters. In the future I would hope that all Copperfield Bowl employees value, respect and appreciate their customers as Mr. [redacted] has.
