AS for your move it went flawless except for the minor accident to the vehicle all appropriate procedures with all accidents took place police report immediately contacting our insurance provider to settle the matter professionally.We understand your frustrations as well as your anger and we are

There obviously were flaws involved with the move as there was an accident and safety isolations with his employeesAlso two of the movers were using profanity while moving are furnitureAlso the insurance company is not covering all expenses and the owner lied and reassured us he would make sure we were taken care ofBut instead of taking care of his customer he was rude and obnoxious on the phone and would have to hang up frequentlyVery unprofessional

$150 tip dont sound like you had an issue with the Crew.Can you tell me what day the policy was made Mr. [redacted]. Saturday the same day as the accident so calm down with your slander my insurance is working on it.

Copperstate Moving went out of their way to move me--literally! I was moving from a home out of their usual service area, into a home in Maricopa Co.. They drove the extra distance, loaded me very efficiently, followed me home, and unloaded me according to my directions (in the house, container, shed, etc.). What great guys and their rates were competitive with others--neither cheapest nor most expensive, but with "A" Revdex.com rating.

Moving is a really stressful experience, and finding reputable movers seems to be the most difficult part. We came across Copperstate Moving as a result of their numerous positive reviews on the Revdex.com site, and I would like to add another one!

This is a professional, straight-forward, family-focused business that I would recommend to anyone moving from or within Phoenix. I very much enjoyed working with [redacted], the owner-operator, and he was courteous and responsive at all times. Our stuff made the long journey from Phoenix up through the Rockies of Colorado, and everything was in absolutely perfect condition upon arrival.

I have moved many times in my life and this was the best team ever. They did everything that they promised, worked really hard, and were very careful with my home and furniture. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again on my next move. If you are going to use a storage facility, they can pack an elephant into a milk carton! (Slightly exaggerated, but you get my point.)

Fantastic moving company. Just moved to Phoenix Arizona and needed help unloading our two 26 foot moving trucks found Copperstate moving and they came to the rescue. thanks again guys great crew all the moving equipment everything was great.

Awesome company to work with! Had Copperstate move fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment on the 2nd story, nothing was damaged to furniture, no nicks in walls or doors. The workers were very courteous and helpful packing last minute materials. I hope I don't have to move again but if I do I will definitely use Copperstate Moving.

Copperstate Moving did an excellent job of moving my household goods from Arizona to California. All items arrived in good condition. [redacted] and crew carefully re-assembled things and placed them as directed. Throughout the entire process, they were patient and professional. This was an outstanding customer service experience for me, and the price was fair and reasonable. Will recommend Copperstate in the future.

I hired this company for an interstate move.
they came out met with me did a walk through of my home gave me a very reasonable estimate not the lowest not the highest but something felt right about this company I did my homework like they recommended and that right there spoke volume to me. I hired them they came out a day before the move and packed all my belongings and then the next day loaded me up. they gave me a drop off day of 3 days and sure enough they where there right on time every other company was 2 weeks at least. very professional very careful with my belongings and yes I would and will recommend anyone moving to or from Arizona.

WOW this company rocks my closing on my house was insane dates kept getting pushed around and the frustration of everything was very overwhelming but I called copperstate moving and they reassured me everything will be fine and I quote they said when you are ready we will be ready to. that meant a lot to me and eased my level of stress because when my house did finally close guess who was ready and on time and rocked I mean rocked my move it was 112 degrees and these gentleman ran non stop until it was completed they will receive my business for life and I will refer all my family and friends to copperstate moving

This moving experience was the best I have had in all the years of moving. [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] were right on time, did an assessment and started right in. they were courteous,very competent, careful. I have had movers who went so fast I couldn't keep track however they went at just the right pace for me. I was moved in 2 hours. It was a positive and pleasant experience. I can't use enough positive adjectives to describe my experience. I will definitely be using them when I find a place to live and have to move in. Having moved many times with other moving companies these guys knew what they were doing and did it well.

Delivered the item the day I asked for it and stayed until I was happy with placement. Price was VERY reasonable.

I used Copperstate for my move in July. I've used them a couple of times and they've done a great job for me in the past but this time, I'm having an issue with the move that's not getting resolved to my satisfaction. I had everything moved into a Storage facility and when it came time to move out, I found that one of the storage units had been packed so tightly with boxes that we weren't able to open the door without assistance from the storage facility staff. I noticed that a few boxes were smashed but I didn't think anything of it until I started unpacking boxes in early October. When I opened 2 of my dining room boxes, I discovered that most of my expensive Waterford crystal was broken and most of my parent's wedding china was broken, despite both boxes being labeled as Fragile and packed correctly. I'm also missing a box of expensive crystal and other family items that was on my outbound spreadsheet list of boxes given to the Copperstate crew. I've spoken to Copperstate's manager a few times about this and to date, the issue isn't getting resolved to my satisfaction. I think that given the way Copperstate's crew packed the storage unit that I should be compensated according more closely to the value of what I lost, rather than what's stated on the contract. It's clear to me after talking with them that they really have no understanding of the value of what's been lost and they don't seem to be willing to take responsibility for their agent's actions. There are always going to be issues when you're making a move but it's how they get resolved that will determine if I would recommend a business going forward. l'm Looking forward to Copperstate's reply and resolution.

Copperstate Moving turned what could have been a very chaotic move into a pleasant experience. They handled the entire move from load, transport and unloading the equivalent of a five bedroom house to two locations in another state. [redacted] and his team were professional, efficient, up-beat and on time. They handled my belongings with care and respect. Unloading was a logistical challenge which they handled with grace and a positive attitude. I am very fortunate to have had them in the driver’s seat for this life changing event.
