There's only one thing in CoPromote's response that's relevant to reply to, which is..."...there is a STOP button on each post that users can click to stop the post being shared through our platform."This isn't trueIf there was a "stop" button to cease any given sharing then I never would've had to waste my time reporting them.Also...CoPromote has replied to me via email directly THREE TIMES 'after' I submitted this report which, of course, is against Revdex.com policy while a report is openI've not replied to said three replies as of yet and won't until this report is complete

Hello We are a web/mobile app that connects similar people so they can exchange each other's posts on [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted]. We are a completely opt-in product, meaning...
each user decides for him or herself what they want to share. We provide tools to help users manage their sharing experience. For example: there is a STOP button on each post that users can click to stop the post being shared through our platform. There are tips and instructions with images and examples on the site, as well as on our blog and in our FAQ: [redacted] We are available to provide support via live chat/instant messenger, social media, email and phone. We try to get to everyone as quickly as possible. We regularly contact users and explain in detail, with screenshots, links and examples how the platforms works and which tools are available to help them manage their user experience.
At this time, I have been contacted directly by Copromote, Inc. regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:they have refunded
They have refunded me most of my money however not all of it, something about my bank withholding a charge. They are extremely unprofessional Iam very unsatisfied with how they delt with me

Review: I've shared/promoted [redacted] posts via CoPromote a total of three times thus far. My first and second post shares/promotions processed correctly. However, my most recent one (third) did not. I selected the correct post for the share/promotion but it processed a much earlier and no longer valid post and wouldn't let me correct it. I did not set it to proceed but it did anyways. I've emailed the company twice regarding this issue and they not only failed to do anything about the issue but they've failed to bother replying to either of my emails. My post has already been shared by two other CoPromote users which is now able to be seen by (potentially) 1,160+ people.Desired Settlement: CoPromote is to cancel my current share/promotion and confirm that their system is working correctly.
