Copter Labs

The details of the complaint are not accurate, we delivered work based on the project requirements and they weren't happy with the designs. We have made an arrangement with them to provide them their partial refund as per contract requirements, and have help up our end of that agreement.

Hi I received a notice that my complaint was closed because we did not respond within 7 days. The issue has still not been completely resolved. The business Copter Labs still owes [redacted] half of our refund per the contract. We would like to confirm that Copter Labs  will pay us the remainder of our refund no later than November 22 which will be 16 weeks from their termination. Once the refund has been completely returned to our business we will consider the issue resolved. Thank you.
