Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.][Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]Regarding my health, I made it very clear to Austin that I was only interested in "looking at" the Fiesta, not in purchasing it First thing, driving is not taxing to my conditions and I have been determined safe to drive by my physicians I managed to look at other vehicles before arriving at Hubler Austin specifically stated on the phone that he would have the vehicle "waiting at the front" for me to see immediately upon my arrival as I had told him that my time was limited that dayNeither the car nor Austin himself were available upon my arrival and I had to wait nearly minutes for him to get back He then stated that we needed to go get the car Reluctantly, I agreed as I still wanted to view the car to compare iit with others Yes, we retrieved the car and I did drive it back to the Acura dealer I looked for the radio ID number upon arrival at the Acura dealer and mentioned it to Austin for the 2nd time that I needed that number He agreed to retrieve it for me and mentioned the free months of service AGAIN to me I told him AGAIN that SIRIUS was a non-negotiable and must be factory-installed for me to consider this vehicle I looked through the individual setting again and we then went inside My conditions, while not entirely new to me, are elevated to a much higher degree than ever before I don't even know how fully they will impact my daily life I do believe that while the Staff at Hubler Acura are not Medically Trained, they are very capable of noting a person in a compromised position and TRAINED to act accordingly to "get the deal done" as soon as possible I do believe that they also took note when I told them I was also very Diabetic and that my glucose levels were dropping and how that would affect my decision-skills when it comes to making a deal for any car The pressures placed upon me by Staff were rampand the conditions of the deal were presented as now or never Regarding the "offers" made to me the following Monday; The aXM they offered was a very inexpensive aftermarket stiitem SIMILAR TO WHAT I ALREADY HAVE IN ANOTHER CAR I made it very clear that aftermarket is what I already have and was unacceptable in this situation The other car options were as such The one I asked for was flatly denied, or I could pay an additional $to make it happen It is priced at the same as the Fiesta but they "had more in it and the deal would not work." The second one was one I considered until they lied to me directly and stated it did not have satellite radio which it clearly does When I challenged that issue, I was told I'd need to come up with some "more money" to make it happen The 3rd vehicle offered was a complete piece of crap During my initial contact with Austin he tried to suggestive sell me on vehicles and I made it clear to him that I would not EVER consider anything that was Asian Nothing Japanese or and Asian variety They offered me a beKIA RONDO wagon as the final vehicle Each suggested replacement vehicle required me to pay them MORE money to make the deal happen At that time, I could see that they were not going to be serious about resolving this amicably and I left I firmly believe that coercion, ?collusion and organized tactics were employed during my weakened state instead of any concern for my safety Why did the deal HAVE to be completed that day instead of on the following Monday? Why did the deal HAVE to be completed that day while my brother was out-of-town and unavailable to assist me during this fragile point of my life? I am fully prepared to take this public and let them decide how they feel about a company taking advantage of a weakened, medically fragile individual I have already ordered Picket signs to carry, I have ordered Auto Magnet signs to affix to my current cars to alert persons to this issue I have already made the changes in my life to bear this cross for as long as it takes to inform as many members of the public about their horrific business practices I will talk to and tell as many people as I can about this situation I have located MANY web locations to "tell my story" and will continue to find many, many more. The car sits idle with less than miles added to it since the sale I am not, and will not drive it.Regards, [redacted] Regards, [redacted]

Mr. [redacted] made contact by phone from an online advertisement of a 2011 Ford Fiesta that he was interested in, although online advertisements aren't always 100% accurate; in this case the advertisement, as most, was accurate, and did not list a Sirius XM as an option. We are no in any way medical professionals, but on e would think after such a horrific medical past that Mr. [redacted] wouldn't have attempted the 1 hour and 35 minute drive.Upon safe arrival of Mr. [redacted] to Hubler Acura Greenwood Indiana from Scottsburg Indiana, the 2011 ford Firesta ended up being at a different Hubler location. Mr. [redacted] and his salesperson drove to that location to inspect the vehicle and Mr. [redacted] drove the 2011 Ford Fiesta back to Hubler Acura by himself. Sales Price $9182.00 Documentation fee $149.00 Title Fee $25.00 Sales Tax $642.82 Mr. [redacted] paid and took delivery of his new 2011 Ford, salesperson made it very clear from the beginning that his knowledge on Ford products was limited because he specializes in Acura Honda. We are a highline luxury dealership with great client services and numerous rewards to back it up. Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.][Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]Regarding my health, I made it very clear to Austin that I was only interested in "looking at" the Fiesta, not in purchasing it.  First thing, driving is not taxing to my conditions and I have been determined safe to drive by my physicians.  I managed to look at 2 other vehicles before arriving at Hubler.  Austin specifically stated on the phone that he would have the vehicle "waiting at the front" for me to see immediately upon my arrival as I had told him that my time was limited that day. Neither the car nor Austin himself were available upon my arrival and I had to wait nearly 30 minutes for him to get back.  He then stated that we needed to go get the car.  Reluctantly, I agreed as I still wanted to view the car to compare iit with others.  Yes, we retrieved the car and I did drive it back to the Acura dealer.  I looked for the radio ID number upon arrival at the Acura dealer and mentioned it to Austin for the 2nd time that I needed that number.  He agreed to retrieve it for me and mentioned the 3 free months of service AGAIN to me.  I told him AGAIN that SIRIUS was a non-negotiable and must be factory-installed for me to consider this vehicle.  I looked through the individual setting again and we then went inside.  My conditions, while not entirely new to me, are elevated to a much higher degree than ever before.  I don't even know how fully they will impact my daily life.  I do believe that while the Staff at Hubler Acura are not Medically Trained, they are very capable of noting a person in a compromised position and TRAINED to act accordingly to "get the deal done" as soon as possible.  I do believe that they also took note when I told them I was also very Diabetic and that my glucose levels were dropping and how that would affect my decision-skills when it comes to making a deal for any car.  The pressures placed upon me by Staff were ramped-up and the conditions of the deal were presented as now or never.  Regarding the "offers" made to me the following Monday;  The add-on XM they offered was a very inexpensive aftermarket stick-on item SIMILAR TO WHAT I ALREADY HAVE IN ANOTHER CAR.  I made it very clear that aftermarket is what I already have and was unacceptable in this situation.  The other car options were as such.  The one I asked for was flatly denied, or I could pay an additional $2000 to make it happen.  It is priced at the same as the Fiesta but they "had more in it and the deal would not work."  The second one was one I considered until they lied to me directly and stated it did not have satellite radio which it clearly does.  When I challenged that issue, I was told I'd need to come up with some "more money" to make it happen.  The 3rd vehicle offered was a complete piece of crap.  During my initial contact with Austin he tried to suggestive sell me on vehicles and I made it clear to him that I would not EVER consider anything that was Asian.  Nothing Japanese or and Asian variety.  They offered me a beat-up KIA RONDO wagon as the final vehicle.  Each suggested replacement vehicle required me to pay them MORE money to make the deal happen...  At that time, I could see that they were not going to be serious about resolving this amicably and I left.  I firmly believe that coercion, ?collusion and organized tactics were employed during my weakened state instead of any concern for my safety.  Why did the deal HAVE to be completed that day instead of on the following Monday?  Why did the deal HAVE to be completed that day while my brother was out-of-town and unavailable to assist me during this fragile point of my life?  I am fully prepared to take this public and let them decide how they feel about a company taking advantage of a weakened, medically fragile individual.  I have already ordered Picket signs to carry, I have ordered Auto Magnet signs to affix to my current cars to alert persons to this issue.  I have already made the changes in my life to bear this cross for as long as it takes to inform as many members of the public about their horrific business practices.  I will talk to and tell as many people as I can about this situation.  I have located MANY web locations to "tell my story" and will continue to find many, many more. The car sits idle with less than 200 miles added to it since the sale.  I am not, and will not drive it.Regards,[redacted]
