really disappointed with copypro . leased a machine , and after a few months purchased the machine, and was not told that I had to continue to pay for clicks on machine once the machine purchased and now have to pay over 2500.00 dollars in overages for a machine that I should be able to use as much as needed.
I believe an honest business person would come in after the purchase of the machine and explain the service contract and give other options. the sale rep was very nice, but said all he could do was give me more time to pay the bill. this is not honesty or loyalty to the customer. thanks!

STAY AWAY! Salespeople are very unprofessional and will do whatever to get a sale. Once you buy...its over! Maintenance prices go up, up & up.
