Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
Information provided to me during my calls to the company in question was given with malice. Names provided to me were fictitious, and no voice mails have been left or calls received. I would be willing to pull phone records to prove this, as well as witness accounts being that I was at work for at least 3 off my attempts to reach them ( recorded lines ). Further more after being deactivated I received no less then 4 calls from different people within there business "reaching out to me" after the fees had been added, this to me seems like a very convenient system for increasing bills. Perhaps ask then for PHYSICAL proof of calls//messages left, I would be interested to see if they can provide such data.

Complaintant lists a Megan that he spoke with. No such employee. Office staff member Mellisah did speak with [redacted] on 06-14-2016, office staff is unable to reverse fees according to City Ordinance No. 1491. Mellisah put [redacted] in contact with Chuck D[redacted] our City of Coquille Finance Director.
Complaintant lists a Charles. No such employee. Chuck D[redacted] spoke with [redacted] regarding his disconnect and associated fees per Ordinance No. 1491. Fees are unable to be reversed as there is no guideline for fee reversals listed in our ordinances or policy. Fees are only authorized for reversal if there is a valid and trackable billing system error. 
Clarification on dates and times. Complaintant listed that he received a call back two days after the disconnect with a date of 06-14-2016 on the call back. Disconnects for the May billing occurred on June 13th, 2016 after 12:00 p.m.
City of Coquille City Hall office hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to Noon and 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. We accept payments via our website at www.cityofcoquille.org, over the phone during business hours, in person at the water department customer service window or in our drive thru window, at any of our 3 drop boxes located at city hall and in front of the community building, and via postal mail.
