Now that I see all of the reviews I wish I never contacted them in the first place. Unfortunately, I did because I was in a panic. The first time they showed up LATE OUT OF THEIR PRESCRIBED 3 HOUR WINDOW with no apologies or calls (I had to take the day off at work). Five minutes later they confirmed what I had already told them was the issue and they said they would need to order the part. He turned off my hot water that was to my kitchen sink and dishwasher and the power. Gave him my cell to call when the part arrived. Charged me a service deposit of $96.68 for the first 5 minute call. Three days later received a call on my HOME PHONE while I was at work. Called back at 3:45 and was told the person that made the appointments was already gone for the day. Asked that person to have her call my cell as I did the technician. She called back AGAIN on my HOME phone. This time, I called her on my cell the next day during work. Had to set up a weekend appointment because they would have to give another three hour window appointment that they have no intention on keeping. Two weeks later (weekend earlier was Memorial Day) showed up LATE AGAIN after the proposed three-hour window. NO APOLOGIES AGAIN, NO EXPLANATION, NO PHONE CALL LETTING THE CUSTOMER KNOW THEY WOULD BE LATE. He was rude and said to me "I really wish you didn't remove the side piece to the cabinet." Well, in order to make sure the leak was not a pipe and was the appliance I did my own assessment. SO RUDE. After all said and done total service charge: $250 labor. Part = $59.00.

Called them to fix a Bosch washing machine. Sent one repair man that seemed a bit unsure but thought we needed a new motor. Seven days later when the new motor had arrived and they could make it back to us, [redacted] the owner of the company came out to tell us that there was "nothing" he could do for us because the problem was not with with motor but with the computer. After he rushed out, I tried to manually open the washer as we had in the past only to find that HE BROKE THE LEVER OF! It retrospect it makes sense why he rushed out so fast, not wanting to deal with the fact that his employee wasn't able to properly assess the issue during our $136.09 service call, but he also further damaged our machine. I obviously called the company back immediately as I was completely baffled by this experience. I was given his cell phone number and he completely denied having done this and hung up on me. A company like this should not be doing business period.

and then ordered and installed the broken part. However, Corjus repaid my service fee not after I asked them to repay but after the Revdex.com complaint. Corjus should not have needed a Revdex.com complaint to repay, they should repay for faulty work on their own volition.

Review: Raynor Appliance AKA Corjus Enterprises of 2 Maple Green Lane, Nesconset NY sold us a contract March *,2015, were having problems with our range. They have been to our home [redacted] several time for other appliances but the range is a Wolf brand and claim they can't get parts. They new this when they sold us a $400.00 contract I'm sure. I have spoke to Kathy many times. The owner Joe also. What can I do to get my range fixed.Desired Settlement: Install the parts you claim you have.

Review: At September *, 2015, Scott, a service man for COR-JUS arrived as per appointment to check why a DACOR cooktop was failing to ignote the gas jet. They promised in writing that Wednesday, Oct. *,2016, they'd return to install new part. I was bothered that he then asked for payment of $125. Plus tax, =$136.09.

I was assured this service fee would be deducted from the final charge when they returned to install the new ignition part. I agreed then to pay that unusually large service charge if that were to happen. I was assured that they would be back to install it Oct. *, 2015 to install the new part.

I never heard from COR-JUS AGAIN. Dec. **, I called their office to explain the problem. A nice helpful lady explained she'd check into it and get back to me. She did not. I called back myself on Dec. ** and was told the parts are not available. And as such they do not owe me anything! Now I see that on Yelp there are many, many complaints and an F rating on Revdex.com. I found this company on Angie's list and will complain to them as it seems they are not a reliable reference .

I would like them to recind that outrageous fee for sending a person to check the cook top. I understand a normal service fee to make sure that those ordering parts do end up paying for them. But to pocket almost $140. And then not do any service or even call me is a racket.Desired Settlement: I would merely like COR-JUS to either fix the cooktop with the right part, deduct the cost of the repair and part from the $136.09 I have already paid.

DACOR is an established large company this part is no more than 6 years old. I am sure it is not so difficult to find.

If they cannot/will not fix the cooktop, then I want a return of $100., allowing them to keep $36.09 to cover for the original call.

Review: Corjus installed a new dashboard on my Thermador oven hood in May 2014. The plastic housing for that dashboard broke in February 2015. Corjus came to repair in Feb. 2015, but they didn't recognize that the housing could be replaced. So the technician just tried to jam the housing - dashboard into place. That didn't work, and it came loose. Corjus sent the tehnician back a few weeks later. He did the same thing -- he failed to recognize that the housing could be replaced, so he jammed it back, hoping it would remain in place. A few weeks ago, the housing came loose again. Corjus returned, and again they failed to recognize that the housing could be replaced, and instead told me they needed the whole dashboard to be replaced. I took it into my own hands. I went online, ordered a new housing piece and installed it very easily. Corjust charged me another $130 a few weeks ago for doing nothing. Then the owner, Joe, refused to honor the one - year warranty, when, in fact, the original installation from May 2014 had broken in Feb. 2015, and it had remained broken until now. Anyway, Joe was exceptionally rude and didn't honor the proper warranty. And his technician didn't recognize and Joe didn't follow up to recognize himself that all that was needed was a new housing box, which I discovered on my own, ordered the part and easily installed. Terrible, dishonest and rude service. I should be refunded the $135 service charge from a few weeks ago, and Corjus should repay for the housing piece ($55, including shipping) that I bought. Corjus should have bought that piece back in Feb. 2015 and there'd have been no problems.
