We had such a great experience with Coradi Contracting. We redid our master bathroom, which is absolutely gorgeous, and added on a kitchen backsplash and some other smaller projects that Mark was very flexible in adding. Mark was very easy to get in touch with and was very patient with all my questions. I'm glad to know that we have a go-to person now for any big projects.

I had Coradi Contracting change my bath from a tub to a full shower. They did the demo of the ceramic tub, walls, floors, and removed the 37 yr old cast iron tub neatly. Removal of the tub soffit made the shower imposing. Most people, who have seen it marvel at the size. Most people love the look of the ADA teak seat. As promised the job, including the porcelain floor took 2 weeks. Well done Mark, Pete, and Patrick. I
don't do 5 star ratings but the work rated more than 4 stars. So 4 1/2 no one is perfect.

After much research and various quotes, I decided to use Coradi Contracting for our master bathroom renovation. Mark ***, the owner, did an initial site visit and walked us through the various options and how each choice affected the total price. Mark was completely transparent throughout the process and honest when it came to his recommendations. We ended up choosing a very unique design that many contractors would not take on due to the fact this was a limited size job (only one bathroom) and complex in terms of the intricacy of the tile work. Mark's team was professional and worked with us on schedule. They were in and out within 4 business days. Mark's team handled the acquisition of materials, pick up, demo, prep, clean up...etc. Mark was able to leverage discounts at various local suppliers, buying materials at lower price points than I had previously researched. The quality of the completed bathroom is second to none. The attention to detail and experience really paid off and I am very happy we did not go to one of big box names for the work. The service was unmatched and we will use Mark again for future renovations.
