Desired SettlementIf the company are unable to ship my shoes I want a refund.

Ordered three pairs of shoes online 10/22/2014 and credit card was billed $244 but to this date have not received merchandise. I purchased shoes through the company website and they were never delivered. The company did not return emails, phone calls, or ** messages. I placed an order with this company through their website and, while they processed the credit card payment, they have not sent a shipping notification, nor have I received the items I purchased. After receiving no response from voicemails, emails, or requests submitted through their website, I went to check their ** page, only to find that there are many others having the same issue. I have opened a dispute with my credit card company. Desired SettlementI want my money refunded to my credit card.
