In the middle of July, several pieces of our furniture were picked up by Days Moving and Storage to transport it to [redacted] *** One of the pieces was an antique bed with several parts: iron headboard painted white, iron footboard painted white, iron side rails painted white on the outsides, wooden cross slats and pieces of plywood making up the bottom of the bed On arrival in [redacted] on August 18th, the headboard and footboard were in the truck but none of the other parts were there The plywood and cross slats are custom fit and the antique side rails have a complicated joint that connects the headboard to the footboard All of these parts are irreplaceable and the $bed is useless without them We contacted the dispatcher David [redacted] without success since the August 18th delivery Most of the phone numbers we had been using for contacts are no longer in service or have voice-mail-boxes that are full Final

Days Moving and Storage advertises that they are insured by CSI Insurance On June 23, I contacted CSI Insurance to file a claim against A representative from CSI Insurance contacted me and informed me that Days Moving and Storage is not insured by their company CSI also contacted my husband and informed him that was not insured by their companyI asked CSI to look under the name Jersey Movers CSI said they are not insured by their company either The moving estimate I received from states "Claims: As a condition precedent to recovery, a claim for any loss or damage, or delay must be filed in writing with CSI - Claims Service International Inc - within months of delivery dateYou may contact CSI by phone at [redacted] , or via email at [redacted] ." A sincere plea to all seeking a moverTotally avoid this companyThey are thieves And liarsI am trying since august of to get them to resolve my complaints about my cross country move fro Philadelphia to Washington but they have not made any effort to do soThey ruined my furniture and have lost several boxes of my stuff which they said will resolve through the insuranceI call them almost everyday but nobody answers the phone and even call back if I get lucky getting their answering machine

We went through Apollo Moving Service to hire this moving company (which we were not told was happening)We were moving from Pennsylvania to California so we did not expect fast delivery, but it took a month when we were promised 7-daysUpon arrival, our computer desk was snapped in half despite being wrapped, our kitchen table and other wooden stands (including a TV stand, kitchen table, and a coffee table) were deeply scratchedA $fiberglass ladder was also lost and never returned to usI have been calling Apollo for months and have not received an answerWhen the call was put through I was transferred to another person who could not help meI filed a claim in May and nothing has happenedI have left countless voicemails with these two companies and nothing is being done, I am being ignored

I hired Days Movers to transport furniture and household goods from Solebury, PA to Los Angeles, CaliforniaI was given a price and a contract that was digitally signedWhen the movers arrived on June 29, 2016, they demanded more moneyI spoke to the owner over the telephone and we negotiated a priceI paid a portion of that price via check and the balance was to be due when the furniture arrivedThe furnishing arrived July 21, The movers refused to release the furnishing without additional fundsThe Los Angeles Police Department was called, and the movers agreed to release my furnishings for the agreed upon amount
Several items were damaged beyond repair, most items were damaged in some way, and a portion of my furnishings were missingI immediately called the company the following day, July 22, 2016, and asked to begin their claims processI was given an email address and told to send pictures and a description of both missing and damaged itemsNo one contacted

This company is a scam, I paid $ cash the moving company individuals picked the boxes which included a washing machine with a value price of $1,and two t.v flat screenone inch tv and a inch tv

At 8:on June 22, 2016, Days showed up to move belongings/furniture out of the home, load the items onto a truck & deliver said items to Garner, NC for a cost of ~$2, At ~8:the foreman stated that the reserved truck of cubic foot was too small; cubic foot was needed The foreman stated that his manager was refunding the deposit & the new quote was $9, At ~8:20, was called to report the issueWe had to wait until "corporate" opened at 9: Between 8:& 9:the movers began removing items & loading them onto a Budget moving truckAt 9:00, stated that the new quote would be $4,The foreman stated that if we refused to pay, he would take our belongings to a warehouse to be sold at auction for non-paymentPressured, we continued with At ~9:we started taking pictures The movers dragged an unprotected mattress through a gravel driveway, dragged wood furniture across wood floors all of which resulted in damage to the f
