Called them to replace a broken windowTold me they couldn't make it out that day, but could come out the next weekTold us they would be there between and I called them in the morning to confirm, and they stated that they would indeed be thereAt 1:05, still a now show, he said so and so would be out when he finished his lunchWe were having a window repaired in our friends vacation homeSo, needless to say, we couldn't do anything except for sit when we were there (no laundry to get done, etc)My husband had also skipped lunch to be there to meet this guyMy husband was then forced to take a half day off from work to wait on themI called back at 1:30, and the owner stated "Oh, you are still waiting?, I will send him out"He got there about 1:40, looked at the window, stated he could not cut the glass as it was now drizzling, and stated he would be backNowas not raining between and 1, when he was supposed to get thereHe spent less than minutes at the house!!! Why couldn't he cut the glass in the garage or in his truck? It was only drizzling!!! Anyway, we did not trust them at this point to wait for them to come backWe asked them to call us when the glass was cut and we would meet them back at the houseWe waited a week and they never called-shock!!!-notWe have never been treated like this with a company, it has cost us time and money that can not be replaced! We called Diversified Glass in Coral Springsthey came out the same day we called, matched the price, did a fantastic job and we are very pleased!!!!! Ron is fantastic!!! Do not hesitate to hire them! They cared about a new customer so much, that they fit us into their schedule and worked late, but did not charge us for an emergency feeWE WILL NEVER USE ANYONE EXCEPT FOR DIVERSIFIED GLASS IN THE FUTURE! IF YOU ARE SMART, AND CHERISH YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY, YOU WILL STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM CORAL GLASS & WINDOW AS YOU CAN!!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL! THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS IF THEY DO NOT WANT TO ACTUALLY WORK!!!
