Horrible fake company that is only out to scam and take peoples money!
ordered something online over 3 months ago and haven't had so much as an email! or anything they took my money and have no contact information! they should be shut down I LONG time ago!

I ordered a Kinetic Sunny Bong from this company. I never received it. I emailed the company stating that my item hasn't been received.
I ordered the kinetic sunny bong on May 14 2019 for $65.95. I got an email confirming my order end it even took money from my account. When I didn't receive this product I emailed the company and a lady named Jenny emailed me back stating that my product was in process and they were waiting to ship it. This product never showed up. I emailed them again and never heard anything back.
The product sent was not as advertised (far from it). Despite attempts to contact, request for refund has not been processed or acknowledged.
On June 11, 2019 I purchased what I thought was a "Heritage Periodic Table Display" from the *** website (affiliated with CoralStuff). Order #CORAL-XXXXX; amount paid: $73.95. The description reads that it's "world's first and only miniature Periodic Table with the actual elements in it! ... we have successfully collected each and every stable elements ... we have finally developed a method of embedding each element in acrylic ... The element contains 83 individual elements samples ... The Periodic Table contains pure bubbles of the gaseous elements ..." I received the item after a month from an unknown party in China, and it turned out to be little more than a clear block with a printed image of the periodic table on it. It seems to be a knockoff of the original (***/XXXXXXXX/the-heritage-periodic-table); even the dimensions are different. After reaching out to the company via their contact page on August 11, 2019 to request return details and a refund, I received a single response from a "*** store" (***@coralstuff.com) on August 12, 2019 confirming receipt of my request. Four days later on August 16, 2019, after not having received a response, I reached out again to state that I was still waiting to hear from a customer support rep. As of today, September 6, 2019, my messages are unanswered. I sent another message today and still await a reply.

I am requesting a refund for the total amount ($73.95) due to having been sent an unauthorized copy of the Heritage Periodic Table that did not match the product description.
Coralstuff did not deliver the product (periodic table). When notified they did not answer or provide a Tracking Number. Several attempts to contact
Paid Coral Stuff $64 for their advertisement for a Periodic table product. This was my request which they never responded to: Order #*** (July 16, 2019) what is status. Can you give me a tracking number.

Purchase date was July 16th, spent USD$67, paid online with a visa for a on a periodic table, I received a receipt with a tracking number. After 2 weeks with no update I sent an enquiry and received an automated reply, and tried again. Order #***5

I have sent numerous inquiries to said site and have only received "Your item is in processing, we'll let you know when it is shipped." I can't get any response, or product and I'm getting very frustrated.

They took my money super fast their site added 3 things of the one I wanted they haven't sent my package or refunded my money for the 2 they overed charged me. 8 have contacted the customer service people I get the rin around at this point I want my 150 refunded

On May 10th 2019 I ordered a glass piece from WWW.Coralstuff.com and to this day have not recieved any sort of information on my shipment. I have contacted thier customer support via email 3 times now and have not recieved a single response.

I think this business is a SCAM! My daughter placed an order at the beginning of May. This business guarantees they ship within 5 business days but we got no notification beyond that they had processed our payment. It is now 9 days into June and despite multiple emails to them we have received no shipping notice, we have not received our order and we have not received a reply from anyone in their customer service department by way of email, phone call nor written correspondence. They took the money and we never heard from them again!!!!
This business is using my companies name and location as the seller on customers bank and *** receipts for purchases made.
My companies name and location is being used by coralstuff.com on the customers receipts for payments made to coralstuff. You cannot contact them by phone. This site needs to be shut down.
