The complaint filed by Mendy R. is erroneous. She was upset because I did not complete revisions to her satisfaction but I was working with the builder and he did get his permit.

Part of the problem was she hired an unlicensed contractor to do the work originally and he screwed her over so she took her frustrations out on me, but the did acquire a permit and the plans where approved the local building department.

She has since come back with revisions and I did them to the best of mu ability , the mark-up she gave was nor readable, I sent them to the builder and again she threatened to complain because I took to long, 1-1/2 weeks, I am writing this in response to her complaint and future complaints. The last revision I did was free, and she also said she would remove the the original complaint, I have the email to prove it but has since recanted.

Not much I can do , I did everything she asked and all I get is abuse.

I worked with *** on plans for a very simple condo remodel. He was mostly preoccupied with payment and didn't bother to go to the site for any measurements. He worked from 40+ year old plans, from the county website instead. On the plans he sent to me, he didn't draw dimensions in most areas and where he did, they were completely wrong. Even though I provided specific information and detailed requests, he failed to include most of them. I followed up with exactly what needed to be changed (his job, though I just wanted it done and correct) and he still didn't implement them after several requests. I paid for sealed, permit ready plans and didn't get them, even though I paid in full. When I asked him to re-do (which seemed more expedient and I'd already paid him the full price), he then committed to actually going to the job to measure. He also charged an additional $1000 and several weeks later, still didn't produce plans. After multiple calls and emails, he sent incomplete and inaccurate drawings...again. This job has spanned over a year. I've worked with other architects and draftsmen previously and have never experienced such laziness and poor quality work. No matter what you do...DO NOT USE CORAL KEY. You will work very hard to coax them into doing the work for which you paid and may never receive usable plans. I'm still waiting. Oh, and you'll likely be treated rudely for no extra charge.
