Review: On July 20, 2014 we visited Coraopolis Cemetery and purchased a monument for [redacted] that was to be placed in Section [redacted]. The contract was done by another employee by the name of [redacted] at ###-###-####. We have made contact with [redacted] an employee several times by phone and by email to discuss having just a picture of the monument sent to us at our email or by cell phone to verify that the monument had been placed. The first answer that I received was that it had been placed and when pressured we were told that it had not. We are just trying to verify which. We paid over $2000 for this monument and feel that we deserve at least an answer. The weather in Coraopolis will be a factor in just a few short months and we would like to get this business finished. Can you help with this dilemma. Desired Settlement: Just need a picture of the monument sent by email or text when and IF it is placed.
