We received another letter today concerning the above referenced ID number. From thedocumentation you supplied, it appears the whole issues revolves around the number 6 coilpack that we installed. If [redacted] or [redacted] returns the coil pack we installed,we will promptly issue a refund for the price of the coil (95.97) and the labor we charged forthe installation (20.40) for a sub total of 116.37 plus 8.15 Pa sales tax for a grand total $124.52.Please let me know if this is what they choose to do.

We received your letter today concerning the above referenced ID number. The vehicle in question wasbrought to us by a [redacted] on December 17, 2014, asking us to address a stalling and rough idle issue. Theissues were diagnosed and properly addressed, the stalling issue and rough idle ceased to...

exist. The statementsabout delivery promises are false and misleading, we have no control over when we receive parts from vendors, nor do we make any misleading promises to that issue. [redacted] did contact us a day or two later and was verbally abusive to us, and she stated there was a rattling issue. We diagnosed the vehicle again at no cost to either[redacted] or [redacted], and we discovered a loose heat shield over the catalytic converter. We repairedthe issue at no cost to them. By [redacted]’s own admission in the letter, the vehicle performed just fine at the timeof pickup.[redacted], any customer that has mechanical work performed here has the benefit of a one year or 10000 milefull parts and labor warranty, even when the parts manufacturer only offers a 90 day warranty on electrical parts. All body shop repairs have the benefit of a five year unlimited mileage warranty. If there is an issue related to thework that was performed, she is able to get it repaired for free here. Additionally, we keep customer’s defectiveparts on site for a period of thirty days from the date of repairs, if either [redacted] or [redacted] is that unsatisfied withour facility, we would be willing to replace her old parts back in her vehicle, and issue a full refund for the servicesrendered as long as the parts we installed are intact. They are also available to contact me at my residence duringevening hours at ###-###-#### or on my cell phone at ###-###-#### if any concerns need addressed. We servicedover 3500 vehicles last year for many fortune 500 companies as well as the general public, we have no interest inanyone being unsatisfied as long as they qre reasonable with us.

Review: On 9/9/2013, I got my MB R350 repaired at this body shop. Unfortunately, they didn't fully repair the body damage on the rear bumper and still charged me full amount of $291.15. I will send a seperate email with pictures after their work done and you can see scratches are still there.Desired Settlement: They refused my request to work more on the bumper so I have to request a refund of $100.

Response:

We received your correspondence for the above referenced ID number. Mr. [redacted] was

informed prior to the repair attempt on his rear bumper that the possibility existed that the

scratches on his rear bumper may not come out. This was explained to him extensively by myself

personally and by my manager Brett Schneider. He was also informed that more sanding

and buffing might cause the paint to become damaged (bum through) and would necessitate the

bumper to have to be refinished at a cost of $475.00. He was not willing to assume the risk of

this, nor were we. Also, Mr. [redacted]’s claim for a refund of 100.00 is frivolous and ludicrous given

the fact that he was charged one tenth of an hour (six minutes) for the bumper repair at a rate of

48.00 per hour, which totals $ 4 .8 0 .1 have enclosed a copy of his charges for your review. His

claim that we acted improperly in anyway is slanderous and will be dealt with accordingly. As a

past director of Dapper Dan Charities, Amen Comer, Variety Club, and numerous other charitable

and social organizations, I take my business and personal reputation very seriously. My

business and personal interests last year donated well over $50,000 to support educational endeavors

through donations to Sewickley Academy, Carson Scholars Fund, Gettysburg College,

DonorsNow.org, as well to many other needy families and individuals. This is the first time my

reputation has been attacked and slandered, I have referred this matter to our legal counsel. If

any questions arise, please feel free to contact me.

Review: The owner [redacted] actually had nerve to get attitude with me over all this...I used a vacation day at work December 17th to drop my car off here at 8 am. I heard nothing back at all the day I dropped it off,or the next day so I called and was told the problem which was "Coil 6 and Spark Plugs" it should be done that day which was thursday. They called me back Thursday and said "actually we have to order the one part, so it won't be ready until tomorrow." so I said ok. Friday comes no call, so I called them. I said I'm done with work at 430 will it be done by then? They replied Yes. So I went to pick it up Friday after work. I drove it home and it seemed to be ok but I live very close to the shop. I got back in the car Sunday to go get gas and made it a few miles down the road and it started "jerking" and idling really hard EXACTLY like it was before! So my roomate used a vacation day and called them Monday and they said bring it in, and she did. meanwhile I had to get a ride to and from work throughout all of this. So no word back from them still. I had my roomate call to see what's going on because i'm at work and the owner tom said we took it for 2 rides and it wasn't doing anything. theres no way!! So I called back a little later and the "tech" said oh yes it was "doing a little something up thehill, theres a lot of dust we are going to clean it all out and that should fix it" I said ok and went to pick it up later that day after work. I go to pick it up the owner gives me attitude, says there was a hole in exhaust!! NO and it's doing the SAME thing. The receipt says they fixed "ignition coil and air intake and hoses etc" I paid $353 and the MAIN PROBLEM WAS NOT FIXED!! So Friday December 26th I took it to the Mazda Dealer. They said the engine light had to be on for them to do diagnostic testing and to drive it until it does. So I did. Today they call me and tell me "Coil 6 you have a misfire. the cost to fix it is roughly $575!!! I'd like MY MONEY BACK!Desired Settlement: If not my complete total $353 refunded I'd like atleast half of my money back. The owner didn't like to hear that it was taken back for doing the exact same thing. He said "i don't appreciate being treated like a ripoff it off the street" well guess what! it WAS doing the SAME thing!!!
