It's been a nightmare dealing with Corbeil AppliancesI recently bought a *** washer and dryer set from these guys, along with warranty and installation
At first, a wrong washer was delivered, they sent a full size washer, knowing well, that the appliance is for a condo
On the second attempt, the right pieces were sent, the washer was installed, but the dryer wasn't,as they didn't have the right partsAfter a lot of back and forth with Irfan the salesman, and Adnan the co-manager of the store, I was promised proper installation of the dryer after daysLow and behold, once again the installation team went there and didn't have a ducting tube that connects the dryer to the ceiling vent
After calling them back, Irfan mentioned that this is not a part of the installation and that I need to handle this on my ownThis is after paying for all charges
I wish I had know the level of service or lack theand the unprofessional-ism of this placeI would not recommend this company to anyoneIf you look at their reviews (which I wish I had done earlier) online, you would know, I'm not the only oneThey are not known for their professionalism or commitment....Dissappointing
