Review: Corbin Builders & Development accepted $25,833.14 (not including materials/supplies paid for by customer) to renovate a 871 SF 2/2 house in Beech Mountain. On October 14, 2014 @ 4:09PM, Carroll Corbin wrote "we are done". Water does not come out of faucets in bathrooms or kitchen. Several electrical outlets are not working. Numerous items remain undone and personal property was un-necessarily damaged during renovation. We no longer trust Corbin to complete the job and given the condition in which he leaves the job site, we do not want him on our property. We will need to contract other professionals to finish and fix the Corbin disaster. Supporting documentation with pictures is a 9MB file and not able to upload.Desired Settlement: A refund in the amount of $7,982.36 based on detailed descriptions of each of the following, including pictures/supporting documentation/nvoices.
