Review: From the time I have installed the PV system, it seems like I have had to repair or replace at least 1 of my Fronius IG 4000 inverters every year.Since about mid-April, 2015, my Fronius IG 4000 inverters have been entering State 516 nearly every day. Owners manual says that if condition persists, to call for service.4/22 call Corbin Solar leave message about inverters (3:48PM)4/24 call Corbin Solar leave message about inverters (1:43PM)4/24 call Corbin Solar leave message about inverters (3:41PM)4/27 call Corbin Solar leave message about inverters (11:55AM) 4/27 call Corbin Solar from different number (2:59PM) gets picked up right away Conversation with [redacted] and appointment is scheduled for 4/294/29 Corbin Service arrives at 3:00PM calls Fronius they determine that the units need new fans was told they would schedule repair when parts were available.4/30 or 5/1 called Fronius (###-###-####) and talked with [redacted] Had a discussion about frequent failures of my inverters. She made note of my concerns and took my information for further reference.The inverters have continued to enter State 516 on a daily basis.5/6 Corbin Solar replaces fans in inverters.5/8 Arrive home about 4PM and have a State 516 on inverter 18430158 Call Corbin Solar leave message (no answer, of course) Call Fronius and talk to [redacted] He takes down info and says they will replace the inverter, and to have Corbin Solar contact them. Call Corbin Solar leave message (again, no answer) 5/15 [redacted] from Corbin calls back. Said he would ship inverter to house. He had not contacted Fronius yet. 5/28 No notification from anyone. Called Fronius ([redacted]). (2:10PM) Found out that [redacted] had made more notes on 5/11 to replace unit with a 5100 inverter. Fronius mistake no RMA was created so no unit was prepared to be sent. There has been no contact from [redacted] at Corbin yet. Called Corbin (2:25), of course, no answer. Left Message.5/29 About 10:30, [redacted] from Corbin calls. He wants to come over and install new fan. I explained to him that fans had already been replaced and Fronius had agreed to replace inverter. They had not contacted Fronius for the past 3 weeks, as I, and Fronius, had requested. [redacted] is supposed to call Fronius right away to clear this up. I am leaving for 2 weeks. I explained that they would not have access to the electrical panel during that time. [redacted] said that they would not normally need access to the panel. 6/11 1:59 Called and got answering machine. There has been no activity on this for 2 weeks. @2:45 called Fronius ([redacted]). There has been no contact from Corbin so far. Called Corbin and left another message stating that I would be notifying the Revdex.com and Consumer Affairs on Tuesday if I didnt hear from them by Monday evening.Desired Settlement: I just want a working inverter installed at my location.
