Review: I bought an engagement ring from their assioate [redacted] in 2012. The relationship has since ended leaving me with a ring I would like to sell. However as far back as 2012, I was never given the proper appraisal paperwork. I am unable to get a reasonable price due to this missing paperwork. I have attempted many times over the years to contact [redacted] and he is adamant he gave me the paper work back in 2012. Even when I talk to someone else because [redacted] is not in that day, a note is taken in a notebook with my name and number with the promise of him contacting me. He never contacts me and never has knowledge of said notebook. He and the rest of the store seem uninterested in helping me. It has become increasingly frustrating to get something as simple as paperwork.Desired Settlement: Due to the lack of communication and interest in rectifying the ongoing situation I would like a full refund of the ring. I also will give it back to them for the refund. This has been a 4 year process of dramatic disappointment leaving me very frustrated. I have attempted many times to settle this by requesting the paper work. Once again the staff seem uninterested in producing this paperwork leaving me with a ring I don't need anymore that I cannot get a fair price to resell. Also I have all sales receipts to show the payments I made.
