Review: On October [redacted] I signed up for a home valuation from an ad on the New York Times website. As soon as I did so I regretted it. [redacted] of the Corcoran Group sent me an email thanking me for signing up. I wrote back, "[redacted]" I received 2 more emails from him on October [redacted], and replied aggressively to be taken of his lists. He told me I owed him an apology, and I continue to received emails from on October [redacted] and again today, October [redacted]. At this point I am being harassed by this person.Desired Settlement: I have told [redacted] I never want to be contacted by him again - to no avail. If you can please contact him and have him cease and desist. I'm not asking for much!!Thanks very much for your help.

Response to complaint from [redacted] (agent) below: [redacted] hired Bold Leads to generate leads for potential clients interested in selling their property. Bold Leads advertises a free home valuation as a benefit to sellers who then sign up with them. Subsequently, Bold Leads automatically sends out emails with follow up questions in order to maintain more accurate information. [redacted] called [redacted] to let him know she would like to be removed from the service. In an effort to fulfill her request, [redacted] directed them to stop sending emails. [redacted] was unaware that he was supposed to access their system and remove her himself. Once this became apparent, he did so. He has apologized to [redacted] and feels badly about causing her any angst over this. He will not continue using this service. Review: I was referred to a real estate agent by the name of [redacted] who assisted me in looking for an apartment. After 2 weeks, She found an apartment that I loved.... I applied for it and I was approved for the apartment last month through The Corcoran Group on [redacted] Brooklyn. I paid a cashiers check to the Corcoran Group in the name of [redacted] on April [redacted], 2015. Due to our busy schedule, The landlord [redacted] and her partner met with me on April **,2015. We talked for 2 hrs. It was a very nice meet and greet along with [redacted] & [redacted] who represented the Landlords & the property listing.. Due to a busy work schedule and 3060.00 brokers fee. I had to push back the initial date of my signing the lease which was May [redacted]. We then pushed it to the [redacted] of May.. I met with [redacted] on the [redacted] stating that I was waiting for a check and that I'd be ready by tomorrow the latest. The next morning at 7:24 am, I contacted [redacted] by text letting her know that had all funds and was ready to pay. She then spoke to me after 9am and told me that the Landlords decided to put the apartment back on the market, but have also kept my deposit. Not only did they keep my deposit after they rejected me. They went on vacation and are not responding to any emails, phone calls, or text messages. This has caused me to be in breach of my agreement with my current apartment since I was to be out by the [redacted] of May. I then proceeded to start looking for apartments again. Spending another 105.00 in application fees to not being able to pay for the current apartment I'm approved for due to them having my deposit. Which now leads me to place my things in storage and go into a shelter. I'm on the verge of suicide and have been contacting suicide prevention lines for help.. This has me at my end point... I can't believe this is happening to me.Desired Settlement: I want my deposit back! I don't what else can be done at this point!
