I am rejecting this response because:
I have spoken with other plumbers who have quoted me at $200-to do the work that Mr Corcoran didFurthermore, have told me that they would testify on my behalf in court, if it came to it, as the price MrCorcoran is charging is "highway robbery"

To whom it may concern,This is in response to the case ID # *** a complaint about my business by Mr*** ***.In response to charging for travel time, on previous occasions mentioned I was already in the area so that was why no travel time was changed. My company has charged for
travel time for years which entails loading for a specific job and unloading. All jobs are different and require prep time and travel time.In regard to my employees, both these young men are the age of 18. Which in the employment world are legal adults to hold down a job. The rate charged for each of these men is what I have been charging for years. They do not need to be licensed plumbers when doing a well. They are working under my license and were under my direction. I am not sure where Mr*** came up with a figure for what an Apprentice Plumber should be making but this does not even come close to what I have to pay just to have employees. So what I charge for their work has to compensate for that. If we would work for what Mr*** state we would not be in business very long and I have been in this business for over years.When it comes to the cost of tools and equipment, there is no way you could just go to a Menards and buy a cheap winch and expect it to be strong enough to do well work. For the safety of my employees I use the best products on the market, even if it had to be rented. There are many unseen equipment, tools and supplies used in a project like this that the customer does not even see or understand what goes into the ground on a project like this.As for the address of my company, yes I have moved and the invoice did reflect the change of address.My bill of $ does still stand.Sincerely,*** Corcoran
