On 4/27/16 our operations department informs us that they are having trouble getting access to the site. The POC that we were meeting to load/service the unit stopped answering or returning calls. Also merchant next door said they are closed more than open. The merchant's operating hours are...
limited and they do not open until 1:00PM. The error codes the merchant has reported are OUT OF CASH errors. Our customer service representative called both contact numbers to discuss the issue and notify them we could no longer delay our cash loader every week. We offered the merchant an opportunity to provide merchant cash loading or we would terminate the cash loading agreement. The merchants owns this machine. There are two agreements. One is for processing their transactions and it's term expires 8/20/2016.The other is a cash management agreement and it's term expires 8/20/2016. Both require a 30 day notice, which has been provided in writing. The machine has been loaded with cash and will remain loaded until the expiration of the 30 days. The cash was loaded 5/27 and the unit is currently operational. We sent a 30 day termination notice on 5/24 and we have it scheduled for removal 6/27. A call will be made to the merchant again 6/6/16 to make sure there is an understanding and agreement on what will be taking place.
