I hired this company to do my moving. The movers were friendly, however they completely scratched the top of my sons dresser, broke one of my drawers to my dresser, the top of my mirror to my dresser is damaged, my sofa is damaged, and they broke 6 glasses out of one box that was marked fragile. The agreement was that what ever the movers took apart they would put back together. That did not happen. They put the entertainment center together that was it and nothing else. My computer desk I had to have someone come over and put back together because I did not have the tools to do it my self. All of my lamps they disassembled and did not put back together. The dresser they took apart I had to have help getting it put back together. They left 2 items at the old place that I had to move and at the end of the day when the mover called back to clock out, the dispatcher had the nerve to upcharge me. He asked the mover, how long is it going to take you to get back to their office. The mover says about 20 minutes. This guy says oh no, you are moving in 5:00 traffic it will take you at least 45 minutes to get back so now her total is xyz. So from my original quote, I was over $100 and they didn't finish the job. I am completely disgusted with this company. NEVER in my life would I ever use them again!!
