Erik was the 4th company that came and looked at our 16yrs old unit last month. Our unit was not cooling but He didnt pressure us into buying a new unit. Instead he gave us all the options we have in making our home cooler. From fixing or repairing old unit, to replacing the unit entirely! He gave us a lot more options than the other guys and he even gave me his number and told me to text or call if I have any questions after he left! Long story short he came after a one day notice to change out our condeser after the guys the home warranty people worked with replaced the part they were changing! The replaced our unit, fixed the other guys half a** job and even noticed that the old plug needed to be changed because if he didnt it could have burned and caused a fire! After all is said and done I highly recommend Erik at cordair and his team! The price was lower than he quotes (BONUS) and he will not upsell you!
