I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 12761473, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

I am rejecting this response because:
They are complete telling statements! I have call logs from this company! They own the file and contract outside agencies to call you and have you call themIf I wasn't contacted why would I out of the blue contact them? This makes zero senseI also have recorded calls from their "agents"I made them aware of them being recorded, they told me to be in court or else! Then hung upThey call from anonymous numbers, they state who they are and state that they are "Cordell meidiation group" when I ask for their address and phone number I was told to *** itThat's what I did! Then I immediately called them back and asked why I was hung up onI was transferred to a man telling me that he had the file but would not speak on in until I faxed a power of attorney for my wife to him! So they are obviously filing statements with the *** I have sent the recorded calls, along with a complaint to the *** attorney general

I would like the complete file in their office be forwarded to me and at that point I would like them to cease and desist. [redacted] became unprofessional and made this
"business" attempt personal in which he admitted on the call in which his responses were inappropriate which he acknowledged, that can be verified if the call was recorded & monitored.
