I am rejecting this response because:
They could easily have agreed to refund the purchase amount and buyers premium to the credit card but they have not done soHad they shown any willingness to do this we could have sent instructions as to how to refund the shipping amount to our ** *** account in DelawareWe have seen nothing from Cordier that would indicate they would consider doing this other than all their wayConsequently we see them as uncompromising and untrustworthyWe are not prepared to send the rug with no recourseWe offered to leave the rug with an independent third party to be shipped when the refund is credited to usThey are not prepared to accept this
