Review: week of April 27th 2015 I dropped the truck off at Cordova Auto Repair.on May 1st 2015 I paid in [redacted] the owner of Cordova Auto Repair $2,200 for parts to rebuild the motor. on May 26th I purchased and gave [redacted] more parts suggested that I should replace totaling $452.24 and $53.15.

Starting around July 17th which was my first supposedly 1st done date. Just about every I've been told it would be done since.

On three separate occasions [redacted] the store owner has given me three separate dates for my truck has been done and for me to come get it, he even took it so far as to tell me I needed to go to the bank to get the money owed. only to show up and him not be there or the shop being closed, once again this happens every Friday.

Also he promised me that my truck would be done before deer season sept-oct 2015. And ended up not being able.to go.

Jumping foreward, ive spoke with him either via phone but usuall in person twice a week since dec 2015

So January 2016 I told him I need it done by mid February due to me having surgery. Not even touched in my eyes.

So like 3/2,3/3 I came in and told.him I need it done by april cause I will be getting rid of my current car and still didnt touch my truck.

So now I am vehicaless unable to make my physical therapy apts. So against doctors orders I have been riding my bike bout 10 miles round trip to show him how urgent I need my vehical and still no progress that I can see. So in 4 bike rides twice the shop was closed. Just two months after I had m

So now I have a sit down with [redacted], I ask him did he just take my money and he insisted he didnt promising me my truck will get done. So now he tells me it will wraped up friday.... which is may 20... and guess what no progress that I can see... hell the motor looks like the original motor not even rebuilt sitting infront of my truck on the ground.

So I delivered to [redacted] at cordova auto care a running 4 runner, with a complete motor, that needed a rebuild.Now sits an empty engine compartment.Desired Settlement: Motor rebuilt and passes smog and delivered to me by mid June 2016 (@this point I dont think I should have to pay for the labor part of the bill)
