Cordova's Mobile R.V. Service

We have used Cordova's Mobile RV Service every year for the past 5 years. Our coach manufacturer recommended them to us and now we recommend them to everyone we know. Eric knows what he is doing and Wendy is always very helpful. Wendy helped with all the warranty work and I didn't have to do a thing. It was one less worry for us. Even if we are out of the area they are still the first call we make to see what they recommend us doing and many times they have helped us over the phone. We won't go anywhere else if we can help it.

I've used Cordova Mobile RV Service for several repair issues so far: big jobs and smaller jobs as well as a custom welding and installation job ... and have been super pleased with their skillful work and their reasonable rates. They are a husband and wife team that work very hard at providing courteous and excellent service to RVers that covers a wide region ... which keeps getting even wider as their services are becoming more in demand. Where else can you get a highly knowledgeable, certified RV technician to come to where your RV is parked instead of having to haul your rig to a service facility every time something goes wrong? I find it a great relief to have this kind of friendly, skillful service that I have always found to be reliable, rigorous and honest.

Eric [redacted]s rude and arrogant. T hey have odd hours and do not keep scheduled appointments. When he thought he had us over a barrel he said " that check {from our insurance company} has my Mr. Eric C[redacted] name on it." I called insurance company and had them issue another check versus giving this man one cent.

After being referred by a friend I decided to give them a call about working on some of the piping issues I'm having with my camper. I've called multiple times to see about having work done and could not get through. They advertise service in New Mexico but I was told by the office in Arizona that Arizona is their only location. If that's the only area they provide service to why do they advertise other states??? I received service elsewhere.

Contacted Cordova Mobile RV Service in April for future service in Albuquerque in October. They said they would be available for repair work on stackable washer/dryer. Re-confirmed our appointment in Sept. for Oct. in Albuquerque, and they took our warranty info at that time. When we arrived in Albuquerque on 10/9/15, left a voice mail informing them which RV park we were at and asking for a callback to confirm they were still available to do the work. Received no response so left a second voice mail the next day, and a third voice mail the next day after that. Still no call back. Finally gave up and contacted a different mobile RV service to do the needed work. If they have gone out of business it would still have been nice to have received a call back to let us know that.

I received service on my 5th wheel recently, my wife searched online and they caught our eye because they are local and family operated. The RV Tech, [redacted], that came out was very professional and knowledgeable in his work and I must say very respectful which is something that you don't come across very often anymore. He did a great job on my hot water heater, was persistent and had us up and running again! Highly recommend calling them with RV needs in New Mexico! My only frustration was reaching the main office in Arizona and the lack of experience the secretary had with phone skills. I thought I was speaking to a teenager instead of an adult. Once set up, and the tech came out to service I was very satisfied with his work! Thank you Cordova's Mobile RV Service for all your help!

It took Cordova about five tries to fix my parents RV refrigerator. On one visit I asked if they'd checked the door seal. Amid profanity, the man informed me that it just doesn't work and if I didn't like that, get someone else to do it. I responded that I didn't think I liked his attitude. He told me angrily that he could call the Sheriff and that I really didn't know who he was or what his background was. That's when I made some calls.

A nasty response to my review. Including personal information that is no one's business. You lost my business permanently the first time. Do not contact me again.

Cordova have been to my parents' RV four or five times to fix their fridge. It still isn't right. I asked if they'd checked the door seal and was informed, with profanity, that that just doesn't work on RV fridge doors and if I didn't like it I could do it myself or go to a competitor. I told the man I wasn't sure I liked his attitude and he told me I didn't really know who he was or what his background was and that I'd better back off or he'd call the Sheriff. They have permanently lost my business as long as he works there.

I have 2 large campers that I needed regular maintenance work on, I was referred to Cordova's Mobile RV by a long time friend of ours whom stated they were reliable. Every time I would call there is no answer, which then I was prompted to leave a voicemail and my call would be returned, which I did. Several weeks had passed and after leaving a total of 5 messages, and wanting to take our family and grandchildren on our annual summer trip I went elsewhere.

I would have very much appreciated a return call, even if it was to say that they could not provide us with service. Instead no response, and that is a bad way to run a business. Thankfully, I was able to call and get ahold of another mobile RV business in the East Mountain area and have my campers tended to the next day. Sad to say I will not take recommendation of using Cordova's RV again.

They always have an excuse not to provide service in my area. If you need help go elsewhere don't waste your time! I have had dates changed muktiole times for qork to be donw.They like to set up and cancel and reschedule service dates. When they do show up they are unprofessional, ignorant and rude and create more problems than before. I suggest get service elsewhere.
