I signed up for a single month's Premium to MapMyRide in order to gain access to additional Route Planning featuresAfter setting up the Premium Route Building options, my route became completely broken - inside the editor, it was fine, but after saving the Route every time, it would glitch and draw random route lines all over, and add the distance and directions for those lines to my routeI also used the app for preparation rides for an upcoming event, and on of the rides, the app inexplicably stopped tracking my coordinates, something that never happened with other tracking apps, only this oneI tested the issue with other apps afterwards, and had no issuesThey are selling a broken product, and did not respond to any support tickets sent inTheir phone number goes to an automated answering machine that does not go to a human in any way to discuss these issuesThey refuse to offer support or a refund for their broken productTo top it off, it appears they word the singl

Mapmyfitness.com withdrew $from my bank account without my permission They have auto renew as a default setting hidden in their website This is a very shady business practice I was never contacted to give permission for this charge And the auto renew setting was not obvious anywhere during the months that I used the site It was well hidden in their website Bad and shady business on their part They stole $from me

Absolutely horrid experience with MMF Tried to resolve issues with account that they cancelled Links on emails with customer "support" require a login....but if they closed the account, how can I login I guess they just hope you will give up after a few times while keeping your moneyOver two weeks of these emails and no success Have requested phone calls three times so I can talk to a real person, but I guess they do not possess those skills eitherLike I said, horrid customer service

I have been trying to cancel my subscription but cannot find any contact information on the website so that I can speak with someone from the company It requires you to log in, but it doesn't recognize my log in information There is no way to get help with logging in, and therefore no way to contact someone

On May 22, 2018, Mapmyfitness.com withdrew $from my Paypal account without my permissionI stopped using the Map My Fitness application in after notifying them of defects in their fitness application which on five occasions, crashed and did not track my sports activityI switched to Strava soon after and discontinued use of Map My Fitness

I was billed for a subscription that I had no opportunity to cancel, and given no contact information to dispute the charge I do not own a product that the subscription is compatible with I purchased this subscription a few years ago, but was not warned that it had been renewed or automatically renewed There is no contact information listed on their website or on the bill (through Google Play, the phone app store), so I contacted them through their Facebook page, but have received no response I am unsure about getting the charges reversed, but I am very upset that there is no contact information provided to speak with any customer representative
