Clients are made aware that once the program has been started no refunds are given. 15 sessions were used that are offered at a discount rate along with recruiting consulting. A member is given the option of purchasing a 20 Pack/ 40 Pack...
or 1 Year. After the first session is started the client is responsible for the full balance.

We were not made aware that no refunds are given. If we had, we would not have signed up for the 40 pack. There is nothing from them in writing. I previously suggested how many sessions we used. I do not believe we used 15 sessions. My son signed in at each session. They should be able to produce the sign in sheets. There was no recruiting consulting provided. I am still requesting a refund.
