In December I started the process to get my kitchen remodeled by Kitchen Floor and Bath in Plantation, Florida and that was when the problems beganThis company was recommended to me and I decided to go with them because I support black owned businessesWhen I first met with the owner, [redacted] ***, he made me feel confident that he and his crew would do an excellent jobHe promised to do multiple things which never happened nor were they brought to my attention that they wouldn't happen before things were already installedNow I have some cabinets that stick out more then others and this was something that I was adamant about and was reassured that would be no problemNot to mention several other details that I just had to settle withI was devastated by the unprofessionalism and baffled by the lack of communication that was provided throughout this processWhen I asked the owner, [redacted] ***, any question I was either dismissed or he would become extremely loud and hostile to the point that I felt threatenedIf you don't mind being treated in this manner and are available to watch over ever minute of the work being done; so it will be to your liking,then this is the company for youIf you're looking for excellence and good customer service I would advise you to look somewhere else
