Due to a privacy act we cannot respond online through publically accessible forumI have take the time to look into Ms***'s account and unfortunately the information documented in our software does not seem to match her statement of complaintOur records indicate that Ms*** had not requested a predetermination for her appointment however was concerned with what her account balance would be after the claim had been processed
Unfortunately with tow insurance policies the average number of days for both plans to process and provide payment is four to six weeksMs *** was contacted immediately once the claim had been paid accordingly in which the payment of $was processed
It is regrettable that Ms*** did not enjoy her experience, whether due to miscommunication or misinformationOur accounting department will gladly reimburse Ms*** the amount of $in hopes to resolve the inconvenience of this matter
