Customer has been contacted and issue has been resolved. Item that was claimed to be defective has been replaced and shipped 4/** via UPS Tracking: [redacted].

Review: I bought a blue/pink Grip Strip Essential Cutting board. After washing the cutting board, the pink grip strip bled on my white countertop. I contacted the company and was advised that there is nothing they can do to help me. I asked to speak with a [redacted] and I never received a return call from anyone. I felt like they dismissed my complaint because they say they never heard of such a thing happening.Desired Settlement: I would like someone from Core Home to acknowledge that this happened in writing and apologize for their defective product.
