I am not debating that I am month to month I am debating that this eviction was based on a complaint to the cityThe property has had an opening for more than months directly above me The largest employer in town had laid off more than a thousand people in the last year It seems that Core knows it is cheaper to replace me that it is to replace all the windows here The prior tenants, the [redacted] family, have also said they had moisture issue with the windows in the unit that I live in
