Thank you for getting in touch with me yesterday, so I was able to reach out to the resident in regards to her concernShe seemed to be nonchalant about the matter and did not address it with our community office nor with the corporate office before reaching out to the Revdex.comDuring our phone
conversation, I asked if there was anything we could do as the property management company to make her stay more accommodating and she stated that she had already contacted the utility company to resolve the simple billing date issue

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  Also at the moment I would like to request a change in garage unit, the electric outlet was fixed, however the dry wall around the outlet was cut out and never repaired. I now have to hold the electrical outlet with one hand while using a second hand to plug electrical devices into the outlet.  This raises a serious safety concern to me. If possible I would like to move to a different garage unit when one is available.   I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

I contacted them first they never returned my call until the Revdex.com contacted them and I have proof that I called and left a message so this company is liars and will not continue to do business with them

Review: I rent a garage here at the [redacted] and I went in the office to speak with someone on sunday 1/17 to follow up with a work order request ticket I had recently placed because no power in my garage. the person that I spoke with on sunday, [redacted] was extremely kind, courteous and empathetic. she promptly contacted the maintenance tech to help get me an idea of when I can expect someone out to look at it which I greatly appreciated so kudos to her for great customer service. however no fault of hers the maintenance tech didnt come out until at least 2 days later the went to either the wrong garage or checked an outlet which was not associated with my gargage. I have called each day to get an update on when it will be completed and filed more than one ticket for this issue. some days I get the office somedays I get a customer service center. as of thursday when I returned to the office it still had not been addressed. I spoke with someone different in the office who informed me that emergencies come first but they will get to it when they can. she also reinterated to me that someone did go out to check it but since the checked the wrong outlet/garage my ticket number will now go back into rotation after the emergencies are taken care of. I understand emergencies such as someones aptmt not having power should be addressed before mine, but when my ticket comes up and its handle incorrectly I also feel like it shouldnt be ignored, postponed and should be placed under some sense of urgency to correct it after it was initially mishandled. I expressed this to the property manager and got a sense of disconcern and a feeling of she can care less, they will get to it when we get to it. although she was not rude to me in any way I asked her is the [redacted] willing to compensate me for the days I had no power. I informed her that I have serval things that charge at the garage that the batteries are all dead, atv, motorcycle, scooter and she declined any compDesired Settlement: to finish the complaint she stated that the [redacted] doesnt have to provide me with any power in my gargare and the power provided is a courtesy and refused to compensate me any amount for the time lapse with no power. I only noticed the outlets where not working when my batteries were all dead so the garge had to be power less for an extended period of time however my request was only to be compensated from the time I notify management 1-5 days minus the regular turn around time to have completed the request initially I feel the property manager could have done more from a customer service stand point to rectify the situation but did not. I have this garage for an extended period of time now. I feel I should be compensated for not having power, the size of the garage and the fact it had power outlets is the main reason I accepted the garage and for her to state that we dont have to provide power to you was just really xtra uneccesary, make your customer happy, I pay $85/month for it
