We talked to many contractors before deciding on Core Remodeling. It's not that the others were not good candidates but the attention to detail and the professionalism won us over from moment one. Corey [redacted] had every single step of our bathroom written in an easy to understand layout complete with all estimates, quotes and cost. Our start and finish dates as well. His team was a professional, knowledgeable group and even adding a few projects in between was no problem. He was amazingly quick to reply to all questions and concerns! No waiting for a call back. We are so pleased with how every facet of this temodel was handled!

I had to have my front porch repaired, stairs replaced, and the exterior door replaced. They gave me a great estimate and took the time to answer my questions by e-mail and by phone. After they finished the project I was amazed at the quality of the work that was done and the care they showed. I am also impressed that they took time to explain what they where doing and why that had to do it. I will be definitely be using them again for my future projects around the house!

I contacted Core Remodeling Services after seeing some of their work at a neighbor's house. The work was exceptionally well done. The owner spoke very highly of the company. We contacted Core Remodeling for repair of some ice dam damage and the entire operation was first class from start to finish. The owner personally came to our house and spent a lot of time with us explaining his proposal. The work was done promptly and with absolutely ZERO headaches. All phone calls, texts, and emails were returned promptly. The crew was completely trustworthy. The work was expertly done. If you are looking for a soup to nuts contracting company that does excellent work at a fair price, your search is now over, If you are looking for some lowball, sleazeball company that you find on the back page of the comic books, go somewhere else.

We used Core Remodeling to construct a 12x18 deck on my mother-in-law's house after a Winter collapse of the old deck. We found the company through their booth at the Worcester Home Show, and after a quick 5 minute discussion at a very busy venue, we could tell the professionalism of the company. After initial discussion, Corey (Owner) provided a very detailed proposal and estimate of the work to be done, clarifying any questions I had quickly. The insurance check we received was not sufficient to cover the cost of the deck, so we turned to Cory for help. He reviewed the insurance estimate, he then met with their adjuster at the work site to point out all the issues with the initial insurance estimates, and was able to negotiate a larger insurance payout so the job could be done right and up to the current building code. Due to this effort by Corey, there was no out-of-pocket cash outlay by my mother-in-law, which was really key to this entire project. All phone calls were returned on time, e-mails were answered timely and overall the communication process was great. The work was done as the timeline was laid out, no missed appointments or unscheduled delays. The project manager, Mike, was on the job the entire time and was able to walk me through any questions I had regarding the specific deck or the building code in general. Mike was always polite and informative, keeping us informed of progress; I think he went above and beyond. The office staff was also very professional, nice and polite.
Overall, I would recommend Core Remodeling for any construction needs one might have. The experience was smooth and pleasant, the people I dealt with were knowledgeable, the work was timely and the deck came out great. My mother-in-law could not be happier with the end results.

Core Remodeling Services removed a total of ten old steam radiators from our house. The workers were fast but thorough, getting the job done in an efficient manner. They were also very polite and responsive even though this was not an easy job due to the weight and bulk of the items they had to handle.

Core helped us with the first phase of a kitchen remodel. We were very pleased with the entire experience. We have two infants, and Dave, the project lead, was very respectful of our space and needs. He kept noise and dust to a minimum, and communicated with us constantly to let us know what was happening and when. Corey and Dave even made sure that their subcontractors respected our needs. Dave is a details guy, and takes pride in his work, which is obvious in the workmanship. He made adjustments when unexpected issues came up, and went out of his way to identify and help correct some issues that weren't strictly in the scope of the work. Most importantly, we were very happy with the final product, and we would definitely hire Core again.

The work was a complete demolition and re-model of a 2nd floor bathroom, which involved removing an existing bathtub, moving an existing wall, and installing a walk in shower. The new shower was fully tiled, as was the floor. Project included new vanity, lighting, exhaust fan, fixtures, molding, and finish paint.
This was a first class project from start to finish. It started with a quote that was clear, up front, and with a timetable for every step of the project. The job started on time and ended on time. Both Corey and Mike (project foreman) kept us informed at every step of the way, and are just so pleasant to deal with. No worries with these guys. The contracted professionals they used were first class, shared the same customer focus, and kept the work area and passages clean. We absolutely will use them for other work in our home.

They provided a very professional proposal that had all the details of the job. Very impressive. It was what sold us on using this contractor. They always returned phone calls promptly and answered all our questions. They worked with us to design a deck that met all our needs. They worked with the building inspector to make him happy as well as us. Even though it was cold down by the lake and the walkway up to the driveway was killer, they did it all with a smile. They had to stop work due to multiple snow storms, so they protected all the supplies for the winter until the spring when they were back on the job without us having to prompt them at all. The professionalism and pride of workmanship in their organization, from start to finish is unmatched. I have no reservations about referring CORE Remodelling Services, Inc. to anyone.
