Review: I have had core comm internet service for 6 or 7 years. Each year they send me a renewal statement for the next years service. The service year ends in mid-June. This year I did not renew as I no longer wanted their services.
Instead of turning off the switch and cancelling my account they have been sending me statements, overdue statements, and threats of legal action..
I have written them three notes, contacted their customer service office and their collections office - all to no avail.
My account number is [redacted].Desired Settlement: I want Core Comm to recognize that I no longer want their service. I want them to stop sending me bills and admit that I don't owe them any money. And most of all, I want them to leave alone.
At this time, I have not been contacted by CoreComm Internet Services regarding complaint ID [redacted].
