delivered the postcards to the USPS on 5/7 and received a message from the customer on 5/12/15 that not all her cards were delivered by Mother's Day. We explained that we cannot guarantee the delivery times for the USPS and we clearly state what the typical delivery range is for the the USPS. The customer was upset and asked for a full refund. We declined as we fully met our obligations and as a courtesy, we offered a 50% refund towards a future order. We felt this was a fair offer. She stated she wanted a full refund or nothing else. We did not feel that was fair. We are still willing to meet her half way. The customer also received two leads from her mailer.
