Credco (“Credco”) inquiry that is appearing on his credit report and he desires

to have the inquiry removed from his credit profile.

Review: Core logic of California hhas and continues to report incorrect , fraudulent and liable information about me that has dirdupted my life for years , prevents me from getting mortgage mony, prevents me from renting and obtaining housing , has left me in the street homeless. Several attempts to correct the information have been made and two years I the process yet core logic still reports Incorrect Information. They are liars , sllanders and practice liable. They disrupt life's

I have worked thirty years , have no criminal record , own no one anything have a college degree and cannot the a lease and have fought for years to restore my credit and have a normal life repairing the damage core logic has done.Desired Settlement: Investigate core logics practices , remove any and all Incorrect information they have placed on my report , have them jailed if they're behavior involves crime , stop their practices of reporting incorrect information , core logic has implied I have a criminal record , I do not , Coe logic has implied I own previous landlord monies , I do not , core logic implies I have a public record , I do not , core logic implies I have a derogatory public record , I do not , core logic has slandered and liable me completely out of Existence., stop them , fine them , jail them , report them

This email is in response to the correspondence we received from your office regarding the complaint filed by Mr. [redacted].

Review: I pulled my credit report. This agency has accessed my credit on two separate occasions and put two hard inquiries on my report. I want to know who they are, why they did that, and proof of my authorization. I have never heard of this company. If they do have proper authorization to access my report, I do apologize and will cease any further investigation on this company. If they did not receive proper authorization or refuse to provide it, then I would like it taken off my report

I have disputed this inquiry with the credit agency as well. I am awaiting their results.Desired Settlement: All I want is proof that they had authorization to access my credit file and place a hard inquiry on it. If they can prove that they did have proper access, then I will cease all contact with the company and give my apologies. Otherwise, I want confirmation BOTH inquires are removed from my credit report ASAP. Im not trying to bully anyone or try to start trouble, I am a truly concerned consumer about why a company all the way across the country, I am in NC and they are in CA, access my report twice.
