Corelogic Tax Services

Corelogic tax service erroneously paid the real estate taxes on our property in 2021. When I became aware of it at the moment of paying the taxes I contacted Corelogic and the tax collectors office to inform them. I submitted proof the property belonged to me to both entities. The tax collector informed me that this issue was very common with Corelogic. It has been twelve months and Corelogic has not resolved the mistake. My payment to the tax collector is held in escrow and to make matters worse, Corelogic has cashed the tax refund owed to us without even resolving the erroneous payment. I suggest you do NOT use this company. Both the tax collector's office and myself are frustrated at their lack of concern and ineptitude to resolve an easy matter.
