This company welches on its debts. This company has filed false chargebacks with their financial institute four times related to RV repairs and facility rental to his RV that he rents to the public. The company asked us to pickup parts for repairs and services that they requested on their RV (roof replacement), they said they would reimburse us for equipment rental from Home Depot, they said that they would be giving us a large amount of work on RV repairs as they were purchasing more RV that need work done right away. It was all a lie. The company rents RV to the public, the public often times causes damage to the units, the company then files insurance claims on their customers insurance policies and keeps the customers damage deposits, the company also files insurance claims for the damage with their insurance provider. The company instructed us to lie about damages to their insurance adjuster about the amount of damage that a customer had caused during a rental. The company then pays with a card to have their RV returned but then cancels the transaction with their card provider as unauthorised transaction. Between September 2019 and December 2019 the company reversed a total of $9840.55 from my company and an additional $1,300.00 from the facility that he paid for space rental to perform the work he requested and supervised. He then had an attorney send threatening letters requesting we pay him over $50,000.00 but they have taken no action. I believe that the attorney letter is a scare tactic and used to discourage us from filling lawsuits against him for the labor he owes. One of his chargebacks was on christmas eve for $4,677.55 this was an invoice to pay for a chargeback from a previous payment he made November 17, 2019. CORentals LLC, Shri S owes my business for parts and services that he contracted and supervised In the amount of $4,177.55 plus the chargeback fee of $500. He was told via phone conversation and by invoice that was emailed to him that he would have to pay cash only. He instead made payment with a card thru *** and then demanded his RV be delivered to his home or he would call police. He canceled payment immediately after I delivered his RV to his home. He was billed again for the parts and labor plus a fee of $500 mentioned above, he was told to have his attorney make the payment in cash only and he again paid with his card thru *** November 27th. All invoices were sent to his email thru ***. Only he could have received the invoice and only he could have accessed his email with the link used make the payments. On December 23rd he cancelled the payment again and the reason code reported for all these transactions is unauthorised. I was also contacted by the storage facility where he rented a unit to house the RV during the repairs, He charged back $1,300 from them January 1, 2020, the cost of the unit and equal amount of deposit. They contacted me as I was on the contract because I needed to be able to access the secured unit. They want me to pay the money he charged back from them. Shri S asked me to lie to an insurance adjuster about the damage that one of his rental customers caused while they were renting his RV. I refused and I believe that is the reason why he did these chargebacks.
