My husband and I are very pleased with this company. I spent a lot of time researching safes. I came across this company searching the internet. I called them up after browsing the web site. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the safes. They told me to look at other safes on the market and when I found one I liked, call them back to compare that safe with the Steelwater safe. The staff spent a lot of time explaining differences between their safes and other companies safes. I felt very comfortable with my purchase. I did have some trouble with the ordering process on their website, so I called them back to finish the purchase by phone. The staff, again, were very helpful and it was a quick process. We received the safe in a week and a half. The safe is everything the company said it would be. I feel we got the best product for our money.
