I want to file a formal complain against Coreton solutions for online tech support.On 17th of December some body from *** referred me to Coreton because my computer had been hackedThe person that answered my call James.(with Indian accent) was very cordial and courteous and seemingly wanted to help meNot knowing much about computers and needing to have my device soon, I agreed to have him look Before he started however he insisted on getting paid firstHe indicated that they did not take credit cards and to give him my bank account and he would withdraw and I would approve it The amount was quite high $Like a fool I gave him my banking informationHe proceeded to take over the device and worked on it for about hours He subsequently called and said that the problems were fixed: he had removed malware and viruses and the computer was clean I had to call him one hour later because I was still have the problems as before Again he worked on my computer for one more hour and apparently fixed the problemI continued to have problems with my deviceIn January I contacted another fellow from *** *** which I paid much less forHe worked on my device 3-hours and came back telling me that my computer had not been cleaned, he found serious He removed THE ALUREON TROJAN FILE, REMOVED THE ERRORS, AND REMOVED VIRUS and installed all sorts of of security software I have not had a problem since
Same problem as the one ob record, my computer now does not upload the updatesAlso, the address days *** *** *** *** ** - I have yet to complain to them, and have not yet issued them a checkI wait to go to the bank in the morning to freeze my checking account, if it still exists
Coreton solution cannot resolve our computer problem, so we are asking for a refundSteve said they can only refund 70% because of company policyPrior to this Saturday about 10:AM I call the Coreton Solution cause I was having problems with my computer, the person that answered said they are having communication problem, so someone will at 10:AM, but no one called, so I called Coreton Solution at 11:AMand asked why no called me, and he had no answer, so he tried to solve the problem with no resultThe computer just had a circle on the lower part of the screen, so he said to leave until something change and call him back, When I called back (times)no one answeredI called Monday and, told Steve that I wanted a refund, because your company service is unacceptable, than got into a long dispute, because he can only refund 70% of the amount that we paidI think this is a SCAM they can't solve computer problems and charge a lotFirst he sail they do not take credit card,
