She bought a vehicle with 126000 miles on it, no NYS warranty. She did not buy an extended warranty. we fixed her transmission at no cost to her and helped her find a rental car agency to rent from . They required a credit card, not us. I then re-offered an extended warranty and showed her prices,...
she chose one, but never paid for it. Now she has a timing chain issue, we can not fix it free, advised she should shop around for price to have it fixed. In the end, she still owes us money and now she wants us to giver her money back.
